• Monthly Progress updates

• Unlimited text and messaging support

• Includes compounded tirzepatide (Mounjaro) (20mg/2ml), one month supply of 5mg weekly dose.

How it works

1. Choose a membership plan under “Services”. Memberships levels are Basic or Deluxe.

2. Or you can Email a question, Schedule an appointment, or subscribe to my blog for free weight loss advice and a copy of my free weight loss ebook.

3. We will schedule a virtual appointment.

4. Check your email for a brief intake form. This is necessary to give you a personalized treatment plan. Return this online form prior to our scheduled virtual appointment.

5. We will discuss a comprehensive weight loss plan for you over the phone.

6. Prescriptions will be available at your local pharmacy or mailed to your home the same day as your appointment.

7. Included are monthly progress check ups and/or unlimited text and support based on the membership level you choose.
